The app
Nomad Camera is a local camera and video export tool for recording, previewing, cropping, branding, teleprompter use, safe-zone framing, Front + Rear capture where supported, and exporting creator videos. It is not a backup service, publishing service, legal advisor, rights-clearance service, or emergency tool.
Your content and responsibility
You own the videos, scripts, logos, intros, outros, thumbnails, and other content you create, record, import, or export with Nomad Camera.
You are responsible for consent, publicity rights, privacy laws, copyright, music rights, trademarks, location rules, platform rules, and any other laws or third-party rights that apply to recording, editing, exporting, sharing, or publishing.
Device and feature limits
Camera quality, Front + Rear recording, 4K, 60 fps, HEVC, zoom, flash, autofocus, stabilization, thermal performance, audio routing, export speed, background export, and saved output depend on your phone, Android version, camera implementation, storage, battery, thermals, and other conditions outside our control. 4K and 60 fps are requests, not guarantees.
Free Pro allowance and purchases
The app may offer a daily free Pro allowance and paid Nomad Camera Pro plans. Free users can make up to 3 watermarked Pro videos per day. Paid checkout is handled by Google Play Billing, and subscription, one-time purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, billing dispute, payment method, and store account issues are governed by the Google Play checkout terms shown at purchase.
Disclaimers and liability limits
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nomad Camera is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, compatibility, security, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, lost-content, business interruption, reputational, device, platform, publishing, or third-party damages.
Disputes
Where allowed by law, disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act after an informal resolution period. Where allowed by law, disputes must be brought only individually, not as a class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action, and both sides waive jury trial for arbitrable claims.
